Community Engagement and Program Design in Darwin & the NT

I am a circus artist, educator, and community engagement practitioner working across the Northern Territory. My practice is shaped by long-term relationships with young people, schools, and communities, where cultural respect, trust, and relational pacing guide every project.

I specialise in community arts program design in the NT, developing initiatives that strengthen participation, wellbeing, and capability-building. I provide arts consultation for remote communities across the NT, supporting organisations to design programs that respond to local strengths, cultural knowledge, and community priorities. I focus on creating frameworks that balance creative ambition with care, safety, and sustainability - supporting work that is grounded, realistic, and shaped by the people it is for.

As a creative facilitator in the Northern Territory, I use circus and movement as tools for supported risk-taking, physical literacy, and embodied learning. My workshops and programs are inclusive, adaptable, and shaped by the needs and interests of participants.

Based in Garramilla/Darwin, I also work as a community engagement consultant, helping organisations build relationships, deepen participation, and develop culturally responsive, community-led initiatives.
