Community Engagement and Program Design in Darwin & the NT

I specialise in community arts program delivery in the Northern Territory, developing initiatives that strengthen participation, wellbeing, and pride. I respond to local strengths, cultural knowledge, and community priorities, creating frameworks that balance creative ambition with care, safety, and sustainability - work that is grounded, realistic, and shaped by the people it is for.

As a creative facilitator, I use circus and movement as tools for skill development, physical literacy, and embodied learning. Workshops and programs are inclusive, adaptable, and shaped by the needs and interests of participants, offering accessible ways for people to explore creativity, confidence, and connection.

Based in Garramilla/Darwin, I also work as a community engagement consultant, helping organisations develop culturally responsive, community‑led initiatives.
