Community Engagement and Program Design

I support organisations, schools, and community partners to design and deliver arts programs that are community‑centred, ethical, and responsive to local priorities. This includes consultation, co‑design, facilitation, and program development processes that value relationship‑building and shared ownership.

My approach recognises that strong engagement takes time. Programs are developed with an understanding of local context, cultural protocols, and the practical realities of working in diverse and remote environments.

I focus on creating frameworks that balance creative ambition with care, safety, and sustainability - supporting work that is grounded, realistic, and shaped by the people it is for.
